Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment efforts for various types of positions (all Corporate functions, Distribution Center and Customer Care).  He/she will play an integral role sourcing quality candidates using different tools and methods for a variety of openings, while also assisting with some Talent Acquisition support functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle recruitment for Corporate (all functions) and Distribution Center positions (including Customer Care) from entry-level to Manager level
    • Source candidates through online tools such as Taleo, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Yelp, Google, etc
    • Partner with hiring managers at all levels to determine job requirements and specifications, and from there post openings to various channels (social media, job boards, ATS, etc) and conduct full life-cycle recruitment processes
    • Use social media and job influencer sites (LinkedIn career page, Glassdoor, Indeed company page, CareerArc) to promote new jobs and/or hard to fill jobs, while communicating information about BDF to influence notice as an “employer of choice”
    • Update and manage all recruiting event digital communications
    • Manage candidate offer and onboarding processes
       
  • Utilize Workday recruiting system to collect, maintain and update recruitment/candidate data on a regular basis
  • Assist with vendor management as necessary
  • Partner with teammates to implement strategy around entry-level/college recruiting initiatives, and attend career fairs/networking events as appropriate
  • Administrative duties as necessary/assigned
    • Candidate interview and travel scheduling, processing of candidate interview expenses and search firm invoices, reporting, etc.
       
  • Consistently maintain reputation for providing positive candidate and customer experience
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a full-life cycle recruiting role
  • Experience partnering with various levels of management/hiring managers
  • Experience handling exempt openings start to finish – up to and including Manager level roles
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Familiarity with social media platforms as they relate to/are used for Talent Acquisition practices
  • Familiarity and experience with the utilization of more common job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, etc)
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work well in a high volume environment with competing demands.  Openness to rolling your sleeves up and managing multiple administrative tasks as necessary
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint in particular
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook to send/receive email and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Openness to travel in or out of state as necessary job fairs, recruitment and/or marketing events, etc.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for varied types of openings (finance, marketing, IT, distribution center, customer service related, etc.)
  • Experience with “outside of the box” sourcing methods
  • Experience with Workday recruiting system
