Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting with all aspects of general administration within the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, along with carrying a full req. load with full-cycle recruiting activities.

 This person will be an integral partner to recruiters in facilitating recruitment processes and activities, as well as maintaining candidate, vendor and client relationships.  In this role, the TA Coordinator will provide administrative, project management and recruitment support throughout the hiring process through direct interaction with our recruiters, hiring managers, vendors and candidates.


  • Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, including candidate sourcing, maintaining a  req. load, dispositioning of candidates, phone interviews, and consulting with hiring managers
  • Facilitate interview scheduling processes:  contact candidates to determine availability, coordinate interview times with hiring decision makers and candidates, book candidate travel as appropriate, and send meeting requests to participants
  • Provide general administrative support for the recruiting team including:  preparation of interview packets and offer letters, general follow-up and correspondence, reference checks, scheduling meetings, ordering and picking up interview lunches, etc.
  • ATS updates/maintenance (Workday) - reposting/updating positions, etc.
  • Organize, process, and maintain vendor contracts, invoices, and inquiries
  • Assist with career fair/college recruiting initiatives and associated administrative tasks:  research target schools and job fairs depending on position type, track and maintain career fair supplies, create an up-to-date list of target career events for upcoming stores, assist with management of relationships with various universities, etc.
  • Assist with follow-up communications and administrative tasks in regards to our partnership with corporate communications/Advertising team and external vendors (LinkedIn, CareerArc, CB, Monster, GlassDoor, etc.) regarding employment branding and social media initiatives
  • Ad hoc project support as necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative support capacity, in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-directed individual who can work independently and yet collaborate with team members cross-functionally as necessary
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task, plan and prioritize in a high volume environment with competing demands
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint in particular

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in Recruiting Industry
  • Experience with and/or exposure to various avenues of social media
