Sales Supervisor
The primary function of a Sales Supervisor is to manage Bob’s Customer Sales Experience and provide OMNI channel knowledge and support of Bob’s products and services. The Sales Supervisor is to represent themselves, Bob’s Discount Furniture and its people according to the Bob’s service centric model.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximize location average ticket through Team and Customer engagement
- Ensure a Showroom presence while managing showroom activity
- Leverage Bob’s technology to drive execution
- Open and close Bobs buildings according to Bobs Policy and Company expectations
- Actively and effectively execute Bob’s Huddles and Drills
- Engage in ongoing E- Learning and other training modules provided by Bob’s to continue to educate and enhance product knowledge
- Work to ensure that Bob’s Showroom is Customer centric ready at all times
- Exhibit a proficiency in competitive, virtual and technology driven sales and practice
- Arrive at work on scheduled days, on time and ready to greet Bob’s Customers according to business needs
