Job Description

Retail Office Lead

The Retail Office Lead will assist in creating a positive environment that exemplifies the “Bob’s Way” of doing business which fosters creativity, honesty, integrity and an outstanding customer experience.  This role will ensure customers are always treated in a cordial and respectful manner, with orders being processed accurately and efficiently. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide and encourage superlative customer service and exceptional sales support
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customers and co-workers through open communication and effective leadership
  • Assisting the Office Management in maintaining office operations in keeping with Bob’s requirements
  • Following and enforcing cash handling procedures
  • Creating and submitting required reports
  • Partnering with the Office Manager, Store Management and Human Resources to ensure proper procedures are followed

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • History of superlative customer service abilities
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong bookkeeping/mathematical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and human relations skills
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to use sound judgment and decision making
  • Ability to work a retail schedule (includes weekends, Holidays, and evenings)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual a plus
