Job Description

We are seeking a talented FP&A Manager to support our growing Marketing & Ecommerce Team! This is a unique opportunity for a proactive individual looking for a transformational, challenging and fast-paced role supporting Bob’s Marketing and Ecommerce efforts to achieve our KPI goals for our Brick and Mortar, direct-to-consumer, customer experience, and omnichannel initiatives. This individual is expected to be highly analytical and proficient in communicating results to a broad audience.

This position is expected to advance our understanding of our business through development of internal reporting and channel/campaign performance analytics, and to support business planning by owning all financial planning for the Marketing & Ecommerce functions. In addition, the manager will perform all required ad-hoc research into the effectiveness of various strategies and provide insights into their contribution and recommendations on how to improve.

Job Responsibilities
•    Partner with Marketing & Ecommerce/Customer Experience leadership to design and develop our next generation of automated marketing, ecommerce website, and customer experience performance dashboards in Power BI 
•    Lead annual/quarterly/monthly forecasting and actualization of media budget, OPEX and CAPEX budgets
•    Analyze and track strategic initiatives, including development of supporting models and impact on the selling equation
•    Lead test performance analysis, applying data-driven experiment methodologies to deliver actionable business insights
•    Consistently and effectively measure media spend efficiency at the channel level, informing on trends and opportunities to drive increased sales
•    Partner with Ecommerce team to project & measure performance of website & omnichannel enhancements, leading a Test-&-Learn culture
•    Contribute to the evolution of our customer value/lifetime value/data-driven persona segmentation framework
•    Support new business development through strategic assessment and financial modeling
•    Create ad-hoc research, modeling and reporting as needed while automating reporting whenever necessary 

Required Competencies
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Market Analysis or related field
•    Past experience supporting an ecommerce business in a Finance/Marketing analyst role
•    5+ years of experience developing business strategies for a retail business
•    Ability to establish credibility with senior leaders and functional experts
•    Proven quantitative and analytical skills
•    Demonstrate high level of intellectual curiosity that translates into new approaches to business issues
•    Exceptional and advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills and proficiency in working with different systems to retrieve and analyze data
•    Thrive in a high-performance, fast‐paced entrepreneurial environment
•    Balance multiple projects and meet necessary deadlines with limited supervision. Proven thought leadership skills, including the ability to be innovative and be able to drive results both as an individual and team environment 
•    Experience partnering with leaders across the Enterprise to analyze their results of operations and guide them to make adjustments as necessary

Preferred Competencies
•    Expertise in Google Analytics 360
•    Experience building reporting/dashboards in Power BI 
•    Experience in Zendesk and Voice of Customer reporting (such as Medallia) a plus
