Job Description

Customer Finance Liaison

Customer Service Liaison will work within the Accounting Store Support department with a focus on credit card disputes and fraud prevention.  This position will handle negotiations with customers as part of the dispute process for several credit card brands.  This position will also be trouble shooting and managing exception reports related to failed deliveries & returns.  Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting customers to resolve credit card disputes
  • Performs research and reviews complex accounts
  • Negotiates resolutions and submits case notes to banks to fight chargebacks
  • Makes customer verification contact for fraud prevention purposes
  • Develops knowledge of company practices and policies
  • Ensures follow up is conducted and completed effectively
  • Is highly organized, be able to multitask, and track case work until completion
  • Must be very detail oriented and be able to work independently in a fast paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Team player attitude
  • Microsoft Office Experience (Excel and Office)
