Job Description

Accounts Payable Clerk

The primary responsibility of the Accounts Payable Clerk is accurate and timely posting of vendor invoices.  This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely across many internal departments as well as maintain vendor relationships. Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.


  • Maintains full ownership over specific vendors/departments
  • Performs month end closing activities (invoice accruals)
  • Able to track and resolve issues independently
  • Can meet numerous specific deadlines
  • Can work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Flexible and willing to help others when needed

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Team player attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting/AP prior experience
  • Microsoft Excel/ Concur / SAP experience
