Responsible for real time systems accuracy maintenance during delivery team release. Accountable for IDOC and discrepancy report review and reconcilement. Records, researches and resolves open delivery and return issues in cooperation with Returns Department for close-out of delivery dates. Will maintain an open flow of communication between Delivery Managers, Depots, Customer Care, Returns and WMS Operations, supporting a cooperative Management Team to address and resolve interdepartmental issues.


Job Responsibilities

oPerform SAP / RP adjustments in real time while releasing delivery teams using updated release procedures.
oPerform open delivery / return research, one and three days out from delivery.
oLog and review store / accounting requests to PGI / PGR documentation.
oMaintain an open dialog with depots addressing discrepancies, held merchandise, go-backs and other critical issues to increase accuracy and visibility of merchandise and customer satisfaction.
oSustain working knowledge of all procedures and policies for system interface and customer account management.
oProvide regular feedback to WMS Lead / Manager.
oReview and correction of SHIPCON IDOC errors. Report to WMS Lead / Manager.
oMaintenance of Truck Release Log.
oProvide support for administrative / clerical functions as needed.


Decision Making Responsibilities

oAll decision making responsibilities are under the direct supervision of the WMS Lead / Manager. Work is performed within standard practices with limited opportunity for un-reviewed decision making.

oFinancial Responsibilities
oThis position will affect customer accounts. Review and changes to a customer’s account may be determined by the Coordinator and must conform to guidelines approved by WMS Manager.


Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. May provide routine information and support to less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications

oHigh School or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere
oSome Excel experience preferred
oTypes 35-40 words per minute
oStrong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
oSkilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
oWorking knowledge of Windows Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
oDetail oriented and accurate.
oGood problem solving skills
oDemonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in inventory transaction data.
oMust be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.

Shifts: Full time – Typically Tuesday thru Saturday (Possible Monday/Sunday as business needs) 8.5 hour shift, between hours of 11:30am and 12:00am, Overtime as needed. Flexibility within shift hours is a must.
