Returns Coordinator

The primary function of this role is maintaining real time system accuracy during delivery team release. A Returns Coordinator also maintains an open flow of communication between Delivery Managers, Depots, Customer Care, Returns and WMS Operations, supporting a cooperative Management Team to address and resolve interdepartmental issues. A Returns Coordinator will also provide support for administrative functions as needed. Open to remote locations.


  • Log and perform SAP ER1/EW1 adjustments in real time while releasing delivery teams using updated release procedures
  • Log and review store / accounting requests to PGI / PGR documentation.
  • Maintain an open dialog with depots addressing discrepancies, held merchandise, go-backs and other critical issues to increase accuracy and visibility of merchandise and customer satisfaction.
  • Sustain working knowledge of all procedures and policies for system interface and customer account management.
  • Provide regular feedback to Returns Coordination Lead/Manager.
  • Performs other duties and participates in special projects as required.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in inventory transaction data
  • Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings

Decision Making Responsibilities: All decision making responsibilities are under the direct supervision of the Returns Coordination Manager. Work is performed within standard practices with limited opportunity for un-reviewed decision making.

Financial Responsibilities: This position will affect customer accounts.  Review and changes to a customer’s account may be determined by the Coordinator and must conform to guidelines approved by Returns Coordination Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.  May provide routine information and support to less experienced staff.

Training: This position will be provided with on the job training in addition to more departmental or Company training as needed.

Shifts:                 Full time – Typically Tuesday thru Saturday (Possible Monday/Sunday as business needs) 8.5 hour shift, between hours of 11:30am and 12:00am, Overtime as needed. Flexibility within shift hours is a must.
