To provide Best in Class Service, we deliver the same level of quality in our training programs. As a new hire joining the Bob’s Customer Care Team as a Universal Call Center Agent, you can expect a fast paced, energetic, and fun four (4) weeks of training. We provide you all of the fundamental knowledge, tools, and resources, needed to be successful in this role. Our training is focused on accommodating all learning styles, while including gamification, interactive exercises, and hands-on-learning.
