This role will be instrumental in aiding the company by capturing and tracking savings within several of Bob’s indirect spend areas. The responsibilities largely include executing and monitoring the strategic sourcing activities, developing negotiation strategies, and identifying additional opportunities.

This position will work cross-functionally with other departments across Bob’s to drive close collaboration, serve as a point of contact between the vendors and the business units during the competitive sourcing events, and pursue value-creation opportunities. In executing these responsibilities, the Indirect Sourcing Manager will help Bob’s develop and meet strategic goals related to growth, cost savings, quality of service and risk management.

The Sourcing Manager must have strategic procurement and sourcing expertise, as well as experience in both the retail furniture industry and its supply markets.
