Job Description

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all Returns Process documentation. Records, researches and resolves return issues in cooperation with RCG Floor Researcher. Will maintain an open flow of communication between RCG, Returns Management, Delivery Management and other Operations Departments to address and resolve interdepartmental issues.

Job Responsibilities

oUnderstand all Returns Dock process including but not limited to Checking, Dock Coordination, REF Inspect process and Material Handling standards
oUnderstand all Return to Vendor policies and standards
oComplete Returns Administrative Duties
a. Manifest Tracking
b. Consolidation of daily Returns/Depot issues on the Depot Report cards
c. Return to Vendor Process
od. Controlling Returns inventory locations throughout shift
e. Completing and consolidating Returns productivity research data
oCooperate with RCG and RCG – Floor Researcher to identify, disposition and process mystery pieces as needed
oSupport Return Department by performing other job positions (no material handling) as needed daily
oAssist Returns Management/ Returns-QC with reporting tool creation and maintenance as needed
oCommunicate with Returns management staff to identify issues
oRecognize trends and patterns in Operations process and work with Returns Management/ Returns-QC to develop improvements

Decision Making Responsibilities

oAll decision making responsibilities are under the direct supervision of the Returns Manager. Work is performed within standard policies and procedures with opportunity for un-reviewed decision-making.

oFinancial Responsibilities
oThis position will affect customer accounts. Review and changes to a customer’s account may be determined by the Clerk and must conform to guidelines approved by the Returns Operations Manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities

oThis position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. May provide routine information and support to less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications

oHigh School or equivalent experience in a Warehouse atmosphere.
oStrong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
oSkilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
oWorking knowledge of Windows Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
oDetail oriented and accurate.
oDemonstrates ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in Operational Process
oMust be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.
