Why do Commercial Truck Drivers choose to work at Bob’s?
Bob’s Discount Furniture is known for outstanding value, but we are also known as a great place to build a career. At Bob’s, we are a furniture company, not a trucking company, so we offer our Truck Drivers a great deal of job security, exceptional pay based on experience (up to 63 cents a mile), lots of miles to drive (up to 3,000 miles a week!), a private fleet of new and well maintained Freightliner tractors with state of the art safety features, and a true work life balance. Our local regional drop and hook, no touch freight runs are done at night, when the traffic is lighter and our drivers are home every day! Our runs start and end at our distribution center in and our 53” dry van trailers go to our Stores and Depot’s throughout our designated regions across the country.
